In July 2025, SPSL S.A. underwent an external audit of its Integrated Management System (IMS) maintenance, conducted by the Fundação Vanzolini. The assessment covered the requirements of standards NBR ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), NBR ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and NBR ISO 45001:2024 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).

During this process, among other things, they verified the SGI’s compliance with the aforementioned standards, the good practices adopted, the environmental prevention and protection measures, and occupational health and safety measures. The results of which were very satisfactory, as well as the controls established.

The auditors highlighted significant advances in the management system, such as the strong commitment of senior management, the level of awareness and competence of employees, the infrastructure of the facilities, compliance with company procedures, and the use of methodologies and computerized systems for monitoring activities and controlling documents.

In the end, the audit team recorded the compliance of SPSL S.A.’s IMS with the aforementioned standards and recommended that the company’s certification be maintained.
