CEEC Brazil operates as the investment and operating entity of China Energy Overseas Investment Co., Ltd. (CEEC OIC) in Brazil. CEEC OIC was established in Beijing in 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 5 billion, and serves as the main platform for carrying out overseas investments on behalf of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Energy China), a Fortune Global 500 company.
