Key Responsibilities:

Translate and support Brazilian and Chinese professionals during negotiations and headquarters-related demands;

Develop, standardize, implement, and communicate Integrated Management System (IMS) documents;

Conduct training sessions and monitor IMS performance indicators;

Perform on-site activities with a focus on QHSE/ESG processes and procedures;

Plan and monitor audits, and implement corrective actions;

Record non-conformities and support root cause analysis;

Oversee activities related to QHSE and corporate image.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields;

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and English;

Fluency in Mandarin and Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement cost management methodologies, tools, and processes aligned with market best practices;

Support the development, update, and communication of cost management policies and procedures across all company departments;

Consolidate, review, monitor, and update administrative and operational cost budgets;

Perform cost analyses and support the identification of opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and optimization;

Develop and maintain cost databases, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information;

Prepare management reports, cost performance indicators, and budget variance analyses;

Support departments in preparing cost optimization action reports;

Organize and lead cost management meetings with operational teams, as well as prepare presentations for senior management and headquarters;

Monitor costs and track the financial performance of projects.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;

Experience in cost management, budgeting, and project-oriented financial analysis;

Advanced Excel skills (or knowledge of analytical tools);

Strong analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail;

Intermediate or advanced English proficiency;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the energy or infrastructure sector;

Specialization in project management; PMI certification;

Experience with ERP systems or BI tools.
